Attention: Prevent direct sunlight and high temperatures, and prevent inversion and impurities from entering the packaging barrel.
3、 Product operation:
Slotting method: For specific operations, please refer to Zhibang's "Cathodic Acrylic Electrophoresis Operation Manual"
1. Calculation of electrophoretic paint required for slotting
Calculate the total amount of electrophoretic paint based on the total capacity of the electrophoresis tank by adding 1L of electrophoretic paint and 6 times pure water:
The total amount of electrophoretic paint required for slotting=total capacity of the electrophoretic tank ÷ 7
2. Stir the calculated electrophoretic paint in a mixing bucket until all the electrophoretic paint on the wall of the mixing bucket is dissolved:
The minimum ratio of electrophoretic paint to water during stirring should be 1:3 for the electrophoretic paint to fully dissolve.
3. Pour the stirred electrophoretic paint into the secondary tank of the electrophoresis tank, and then start the motor to circulate through the filter into the main tank of the electrophoresis tank.
