UV-2200 light-curing electrophoretic paint is a coating polymerization reaction under the action of ultraviolet light and photopolymerization initiator: combined with electrophoretic coating technology, ultraviolet curing is used, and the curing temperature is as low as 60-70 °C, which solves the problem that electrophoretic products cannot be baked at high temperature. Disadvantages; fast curing speed, no need for long-term high-temperature heat preservation, and improved production efficiency.
